Got Directions??

Are we lost with our directions? Are we following God? Sometime in our busy life we just keep moving, not even paying attention to the details of the given direction. Sure we have our plans, God has His plans too, but sometimes we just need to stop and see the details... Elijah too just needed to stop and listen to the gentle whisper to God, the details, the directions.... 1 Kings 19:1-18

Sruggling with the Past
Choosing to follow God
Do we ever look back @ the choices that we made in our life, far we can remember? Do we stop and wonder what if I took that one other choice and see how better life would be than today.... I can clearly say I still question the choices, I've made, wondering if I should have taken some of those other choices in high school.... Some times I do stop in my busy day and react if I had follow those choices; picturing myself, seeing my life just might be different today!!!

I can say that currently God has opened many doors in my life; doors that I've would never see myself opening nor exploring the possiblities... We are human, by default we stay within our "comfort zone" because its what we "know" and "feel" to be more of a safe success... or we think...? God knows my past and knows my future, but its up to me to make that choice and follow it through; even some of those closed doors. Are we still holding back on the choice because of fear....?? Sometime I do.... I just want to make the right choice!!

But some day, God just may lead us down a path that we never seen before, but God has a game plan for us, now and in the future... We may not understand the reason of it nor unstand the need of why... why I am working here, attending school here or going to church on Sundays, or shopping in this store in during this time... He see the BIG picture of it all.... all he ask is to TRUST in Him completly....

In the end, I too struggle with the past, looking back at the choices I made and the choices I didn't make.... I still have those moments of "what if..." trying to see if I really should have taken that choice when I had the chance!!! Today I have learn to accept the choices I have made in the past, but choosing to follow God, today! All He ask is that we have faith!!

Whats on Your Agenda??
Many of us are so guilty of becoming too busy.... fill everyday, every moment with something!!! I know that college students can't really help it they to fill and plan an agenda for the upcoming semester so they are one step closer to graduation.... it ok to plan, and make an angenda.

We have a personal list of what should be done today, but what should be done in our life!! Now your agenda may have all really good items; finish college, get married, find a house, buy a car, find that next career, and so on. Those are really good items to have on a agenda!!!! But don't be surprized if those aren't the only items!!!
